He was born in Sant’Angelo Lodigiano in 1976. After attending the Istituto Riccardo Bauer in Milan, he studied at the Académie de l’Image le 75 in Brussels. In 2003, he moved to Latin America where he became interested in anthropological projects, including the documentary on Bia ethnic groups, commissioned by the IRD Institut de Recherche pour le Développement of Paris, in collaboration with the anthropologist David Hanrie Jabin. He has also exhibited in prestigious venues in Italy and abroad and has taken part in readings and conferences on anthropological topics. For Survival International (UK) he made the reportage on the Quichua and Arabela ethnic groups in Peru’s Amazon.
