Son of the king of France Charles V, of the House of Valois, and of Joan of Bourbon. Married with Isabeau of Bavaria, father of Charles VII of France. The couple have others 11 sons, two daughters became Queens of England. The first named Isabella (Isabelle, 1389 1409) became Queen of England with the marriage with King Richard II of England (Richard of Bordeaux, 1367 1400) of House of Plantagenet, married the king at the age of 6 and was widowed three years later. The other one, Catherine of Valois (1401 1437) married Henry V of England (1386 1422) of House of LANCASTER, mother of King Henry VI of England (1421 1471) of Lancaster.
