1980, USA : The scene at night-club RAMROD, New York, in CRUISING by William Friedkin, from a novel by Gerald Walker, with Al Pacino. Pubblicity still. A religious fanatic, only two months after the release of the film in 1980, made foray into the local Ramrod which was filmed brandishing a machine gun and shot the owner of the premises, who played that role well on the screen, killing two customers and they sent other twelve serious in hospital.
