1935, ITALY : The italian play writer, saggist, dramatist, journalist RINO ALESSI (Cervia 1885 - 1970), Portrait caricature by MINIACI. When was a boy was in the same class school with Benito Mussolini and remember this period in his book IL GIOVANE MUSSOLINI (The Young Mussolini) in 1969. Fascist and Nazist supporting from 1938 the Italian Racial Laws and in this manner became the owner of Trieste's newspaper IL PICCOLO where was only the director, the real owner jornalist, banker, politician Senatore TEODORO MAYER (1860 - 1942) was jewish and was forced to sell the newspaper to Alessi at very low price. After the fall of Mussolini in 1945 not many consequences fell on Alessi and after the return of Trieste to Italy, in 1954,he returned to direct his newspaper IL PICCOLO.
