Long time collaborator with movie director CARLO LUDOVICO BRAGAGLIA (1894 - 1998). Autor under the identy of a fake russian actor named Wassili Cetoff Stenberg for some plays for theatre under the complicity of director ANTON GIULIO BRAGAGLIA at Teatro degli Indipendenti in Rome. During the Fascist time was called for president for the Consiglio della Corporazione dello Spettacolo to decide and fixing the copyright laws of the SIAE (Società Italian Autori e Editori - S.I.A.E.) that are still imposed.
