1961, 25 june, NEW YORK, USA : The american actress MARILYN MONROE (1926 - 1962) arrive at New York airport from Los Angeles (dressed in a robe by italian fashion designer Emilio Pucci). Marilyn, still suffered from painful digestive disorders and 3 the day after entered at Manhattan Polyclinic Hospital (accompained by ex-housband Joe Di Maggio), in New York, where the doctors diagnosed a cholangitis (bile duct inflammation), the reason of her chronic pains and indigestions, which led her to raise the barbiturates doses. Urgentley the day June 29 she had a gall bladder surgery. Marilyn left the hospital the day 11 july and was plagued with a crowd of 200 fans, reporters and photographers.
