1928 ca, ROMANIA: Princesse ILEANA of ROMANIA von Hohenzollern (Jleana, 1909-1991), in 1931, married the Habsburg of Tuscany Archduke Anton of Austria (1909-1991). Daughter of King FERDINAND I (Nando) (1865-1927) and Queen MARIA (Mary) of Romania princess of Great Britain and Ireland (1875-1938) Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, nefew of Queen Victoria of England. Ileana was the sister of King Carol II of Romania. After the wedding of Ileana with Anton, Carol claimed that the Romanian people would never tolerate a Habsburg living on Romanian soil, and on these grounds refused Ileana and Anton permission to live in Romania
