1909, 21 october, YALE UNIVERSITY, USA: (from the left) Walter Logan, John Kilpatrick and RALPH BLOOMER of Yale Football Team, on field. The Contessa DOROTHY Caldwell TAYLOR future Countess DENTICE DI FRASSO (1888-1954) in may 1910 annonced the engagement with rich James Ralph Bloomer, a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Bloomer of Cincinnati, who is in business in New York as a stock broker, was graduated from Yale University in the Class of 1905 and was left guard on the football team. The wedding will probably take place in October 1910 but Dorothy broken off the engagement during a travel in Paris in november 1910. The gossip at time talk of a particulary attention of celebrated italian bariton Antonio Scotti (1866-1936) to Dorothy. Dorothy, after, married two time: in 1913 with the British pioneer aviator hero Claude Grahame-White (1879 1959), after 1916 divorce married in 1923 the italian Fascist politician Conte Carlo Dentice di Frasso (1876-1945).
