1939, VENEZIA, ITALY: The italian Engineer LUIGI MARANGONI (Venezia 1872-Belluno 1950) at time of Fascism with PNF (Partito Nazionale Fascista) badge. From 1939 Academician of Italy (Accademico d'Italia). Restorer of historic buildings, especially for the reconstruction of the bell tower of the Basilica of San Marco in Venice and restoration of the church in 1906. He also built the staircase at Palazzo Venezia for Benito Mussolini in Rome
