Héliodore was the author of book FRIBURGEOISE HELVETIORUM NUYTHONIE : CHRONIIQUE FRIBURGEOISE DU 17me Siécle " (1852), member of Cercle de la Grande Societe (1841), bourgeois de Fribourg (1850), student of Pensionnat des Jesuites (1828 - 1832) and student of Law in Vienna university, Secretaire du Conseil de Justice, Clerk of Tribunal dAppel, Chevalier de Saint Gregoire le Grand.
