1952, 28 april, LOS ANGELES, USA : The american actress MARILYN MONROE (1926 - 1962) just few times after the shooting of MONKEY BUSSINESS (Il Magnifico scherzo) by Howard Hawks, was hospitalized at the Cedars of Lebanon Hospital of Los Angeles for an appendicitis, after weeks of intermittent pain. She was operated by Dr Marcus Rabwin, assisted by her gynecologist, Dr Leon Krohn.
