1928 ca, Roma, ITALY: The italian Policeman Commissario di Pubblica Sicurezza GIUSEPPE DOSI (1890 - 1981) on the USA illustrated magazine TRUE DETECTIVE MYSTERIES, photographed in differents roles. Giuseppe Dosi, Commissioner of Public Safety, succeeded, though hampered and discouraged by superiors who refused to acknowledge their mistakes, to put the "evidence" gathered against Gino Girolimoni. Girolimoni was accused of a series of rapes and murders of some Roman girls and had great prominence in the press.
