Born princess Sapieha Kodenski, daughter of prince Ksawery Sapieha-Kodenski (1807 - 1882) and Konstancja Honorata Sobanska (1814 - 1838). MARIE KONSTANZE was married in 1862 with his cousin Count STANISLAUS POTOCKI (dead in 1887), the couple have 2 sons: count Jakob Potocki (1863 - 1934) later married in 1863 with polish Teresa Zamoyska, and Isabella Potocka (1864 - 1883) later married in 1864 with cousin count Roman Potocki (1852 - 1915).
