Frank Jay was youngest one of 6 sons of " Robber Baron " and builder of railways JASON JAY GOULD (1836 - 1892) and Helen Day Miller (1838 - 1889). Frank Jay Gould married 3 times. In this photo with his 2nd wife, married in 1910, the beautiful british dancer and collector of impressionist artwork EDITH KELLY. The other woman at right side in this photos is the sister of Edith Kelly, the actress and dancer ETHEL Hetty KELLY, first love of famous actor Charles Chaplin in England, 1908.
