1929, 1 february, USA : The italian journalist, theacher and Femminist Countesse MARIA Albertina LOSCHI (Piacenza 1895 - 1963). She was sailing quikly from San Francisco to Japan in the Ocean Liner N.Y.K. SIBERIA MARU. Maria born from Conte Ludovico Maria Loschi and Corilla Colombo in Piacenza, Italy. Professor and theacher in French, German and English language. Was the french theacher of Princess of Savia, daughter of King of Italy. Wrote and co-directed the magazine LA DONNA ITALIANA, primarly figure of italian FEMMINIST MOVEMENT, partecipate a variuos Femminist Congress in Italy and abroad. Author of book LA DONNA NEI SINDACATI (1926) but during the Fascism days collaborate with the regime and wrote on Mussolini newspaper IL POPOLO D'ITALIA but without a blind obedience to the machismo of regime. After the was wrote for illustrated magazine EPOCA.
