1689 ca, SIENA, ITALY : The german Princess VIOLANTE BEATRICE DI BAVIERA (1673 - 1731), married with the Gran Prince di Toscana principe FERDINANDO III de' MEDICI (1663 - 1713 ). Portrait engraving in honor at his entrance introducing the PALIO DI SIENA horses race. The couple married in 1689. Violante Beatrice was the daughter of italian Enrichetta Adelaide di Savoia and bavarian prince Ferdinand Maria Von Wittelsbach, Elector of Bavaria.
