1912 ca, NEW YORK, USA : The german-born american jewish old Doctor ABRAHAM JACOBI (1830 - 1919) with his son-in-law Professor George McANENY (1869 - 1953). Jacobi was a pioneer of pediatrics, opening the first children's clinic in the United States. To date, he is the only foreign-born president of the American Medical Association. He helped found the American Journal of Obstetrics, when was in England became a close friend of Karl Marx and Friederich Engels and in 1857 Jacobi was involved in founding the New York Communist Club
