1940 ca, Paris, FRANCE : The hungarian woman writer Jolán Földes (1902 - 1963) aka Yolanda Foldes o Yolanda Clarent. Author of novel " Street of the Fishing Cat "(1936, Rue du Chat-qui-Pêche ). In 1941 Földes emigrated from Paris to London and her later works were written in English. The novel " Golden Earrings " was made into a film in 1947, starring Marlene Dietrich and Ray Milland.
