1845, GREAT BRITAIN: Portrait of the Duchess of BUCCLEUGH and Queensberry, born Lady CHARLOTTE ANNE THYNNE (1811-1895), portrait engraved from original portrait by painter Sir W. Ross. Was the daughter of Thomas Thynne 2nd Marquess of Bath and the Hon. Isabella Elizabeth Byng. Married in 1829 with british politician Walter Montagu-Douglas-Scott, 5th Duke of Buccleuch Earl of Dalkeith (1806-1884), the couple have four sons and three daughters.Among their children were William Montagu Douglas Scott, 6th Duke of Buccleuch and Henry Douglas-Scott-Montagu, 1st Baron Montagu of Beaulieu.
