1907, DRESDEN, GERMANY: The czech dancer, choreographer and ballet master AUGUSTIN BERGER (1861-1945). He danced at the Opera House in Dresden and Prague, soloist at the Stavovské Theather (1876-1880). Ballet Master of ballet at The Court Opera in Dresden (1900-1910). Artistic director of the Warsaw Ballet (1910-1912) and staged CARMEN by Bizet at Alhambra Theatre in London. Was master of Metropolitan Opera Ballet in New York (1926-1932). Married in 1886 with celebrated italian ballerina of La Scala of Milan GIULIETTA PALTRINIERI (1866-1889). The couple have a daughter, the ballerina Bozenka Bergerova whom married and his son named Jaroslav Berger Bunny (born in 1916-1983) who became the most celebrated czech dancer and choreographer, from 1942 in Germany and Swiss
