1925, 13 january, WASHINGTON, USA: The canadian heiress ANNE DE BEAUJEAN DOMVILLE, daughter of a Montreal banker, married in 1924 with italian LUCIANO MASCIA, the Secretary of the italian Embassy in Washington. In photo together at Hamilton Hotel. The couple have a daughter YOLANDE Domville MASCIA (1928-2016), later married with James Hugh McDowell (dead in 1964). Anne divorce in 1933 and this marital troubles exposed on newspapers led Benito Mussolini to prhibit diplomats from marrying foreign wives. After the Fascist Era Luciano Mascia (ex Minister of Propaganda Fascista in 30's) became the Italian Ambassador in Cuba (1951-53) and Italy Observer at ONU from 1947 to 1950. Anne Domville remarried in USA and have residence in Norwalk, Connecticut
