1821, Paris, FRANCE: The french writer, poet, politician and dramatist of Académie française ANTOINE VINCENT ARNAULT (1766-1834). He is the father of Lucien Arnault (1787-1863), dramaturg and prefect. Arnault became friends with Napoleon, who in 1797 charged him with the administrative organization of the Ionian Islands occupied by France. He accompanies Napoleon in the Egyptian expedition, but must interrupt his trip to Malta.
