Daughter of Maria Rosaria dei marchesi DI TEANA (1894-1982) and the celebrated mathematician Marchese Gaetano Gösta DEL PEZZO Duca di CAIANELLO (1892-1970). Carlottina became the widow of Enrico Goldschmidt in 1961 (dead for overdose, only a year after the wedding), celebrated woman socialite of Capri, lover of lesbian writer Susan Sontag and painter Bice Brichetto.
