1908, NAPOLI, ITALY: The italian Marchese Gaetano Gösta DEL PEZZO Duca di CAIANELLO (1892-1970), engineer, footballer, sports manager, soccer referee and chess player. The only one son of famous mathematician and Senatore Marchese Pasquale Duca di Caianello (1859-1936), Sindaco di Napoli from 1914 to 1917, and the swedish woman writer and dramatist Anne Charlotte LEFFLER (1849- 1892), sister of celebrated mathematician Gösta Mittag Leffler (1846-1927). Gaetano Gösta married in 1924 with Maria Rosa Messanelli dei Duchi di Castronuovo e marchesi della Teana (born 1894) and have 2 sons: PAOLO (1925-1993, married with Laura Capuano, with 3 sons) and ANNA CARLOTTA aka CARLOTTINA (1928-2010, widow of Enrico Goldschmidt, celebrated lover of woman writer Susan Sontag)
