1870 c., TRIESTE, ITALY: The italian Cavalier Ufficiale OSCAR RAVASINI, from a rich and Risogimental patriot family with bussiness in Tunis, President of bank Cassa di Risparmio and breeder of hunting dogs. Son of austrian Giovanni Battista Ravasini and the schotish Emilia Caterina" Emma" Porter. Brother of IDA RAVASINI. Ida was married with rich intellectual and cultured CARLO FEGITZ and haved a daughter: ALICE FEGITZ (Trieste 1869-ivi 1957). Alice became a celebrated woman painter and married in 1896 the rich jewish lawyer Giuseppe LUZZATTO (dead in 1941) and the family change name in LUZZATTO FEGITZ and after the 1945 in LUZZATTO FEGIZ the couple have 5 sons: Maria Margherita (a scholar of english language of writer JAMES JOYCE), Giusto (a celebrated physician), Emma (married with a rich son of shipowner Antonio Cosulich), Laura (dead in 1940 for a mistake of a physician, during the Fascist racial laws, aged 30) and Pierpaolo (dead in 1989, lawyer, founder of DOXA statistic institute, married in 1934 with Ivetta Tarabocchia and have 4 sons: 1) Marina, married Segré, 2) Alice, famous RAI3 television journalist, 3) Francesco (1930-1969) and the celebrated journalist and music critic MARIO LUZZATTO-FEGIZ born in 1947).
